Primary renter must be 18+ to sign waivers and accept liability. All renters must be able to swim and wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved personal flotation device (PFD) at all times. Minimum weight 50 lbs and minimum height 4'6"
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before for a full refund; 24–48 hours for a 50% refund; under 24 hours no refund. For groups of 6+, cancel 7+ days for full refund; 3–6 days 50%; under 3 days no refund. Full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels due to severe weather.

Ages 10–13 may paddle independently only after demonstrating proficiency and with direct adult supervision. Children ages 5–9 may ride on a tandem board with a parent or guardian.
