- Choose a full-day (9:00 AM–5:30 PM) or moonlight (4:00 PM–11:00 AM) rental
- Select a board size with 180 lb or 300 lb weight capacity
- Pick up and return gear at the Tempe store location
- Add early pickup (5:00 PM–6:00 PM the night before) for an extra fee
- Request pre-inflated gear if your vehicle is equipped for transport

Things to know
Late fees are added automatically if equipment is not returned by end of business. Delivery is not provided; you are responsible for pickup and drop-off at the store. Early pickup costs $5.00 per board.
Cancellation Policy
In-store pickup rental equipment: 24 hour notice required for a full refund. You can reschedule up to the time of your booking, subject to availability. If you do not contact them on the day of your booking, it is a no show with no refund or reschedule. Full refund if operator cancels due to unsafe weather.
