Chris leads most of these investigations, and he's clearly the star of the show. Repeat visitors specifically request him, praising his charisma, humor, and deep knowledge of both the equipment and the spirits themselves. Several guests mention that spirits actually call him out by name during sessions, which adds an unexpectedly personal dimension to the experience. The tours use professional-grade equipment at genuinely active locations like the Andrew Jackson Hotel and the Apothecary's seance room, and participants consistently report real paranormal activity, not just theatrical storytelling. The experience goes well beyond typical ghost tours. You'll learn how to properly use investigation tools like the Estes method, and guides explain the science behind paranormal detection. Groups vary in size, but smaller ones tend to get more individualized attention. Jennifer and Roscoe also receive enthusiastic mentions as guides. A couple reviews note instances where guests felt overlooked or tours ran slightly short, suggesting the experience quality can occasionally depend on group dynamics and which guide you get. Still, the overwhelming majority describe this as transformative, with even skeptics admitting their perspectives shifted after genuinely interactive encounters with the other side.
