- Complete a digital liability waiver and rider information form for each person so technicians can bring the right gear. An adult must complete these for minors.
- Reservations require at least 12 hours' advance notice.
- Be ready at your preferred drop-off location 15 minutes before your scheduled delivery time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your rental date for a full refund. Cancel within 72 hours of your rental date for a 50% refund.

Set your snowboard rental start date to your first day of riding. Delivery takes place that morning or the afternoon or evening before.
Complete both forms for each person at least 48 hours before your rental starts. You'll receive them in a follow-up email; forward it to each adult in your group. An adult must complete the forms for minors.
