Important details
- Complete and submit an individual online waiver before entering the room. You cannot play without a signed waiver.
- You may play alongside another group unless you book a private room.
- Arrive 10–20 minutes before your start time for check-in. The timer starts at your reserved time, so arriving late may shorten your game.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund. Same-day bookings are not eligible for refunds. You'll receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
