- Ages 12+ only. Riders under 18 need a parent's signature on their waiver and at least one parent or guardian on the tour

- Requires standing for the full tour and shifting your weight from side to side while bending your knees and hips

- Participation during pregnancy is limited to the first trimester
- Riding under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or anything that impairs balance is not permitted
- For parties of 6 or more riders, a 15% automatic gratuity applies and is not included in the listed price
- Sign a liability waiver and complete an orientation checklist before riding
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Cancellations and rescheduling require 48 hours' notice, or one week for parties of 8 or more. Late cancellations and no-shows incur the full tour price. Tours run in light rain; choosing not to ride falls under the cancellation policy. Tours do not run in hazardous thunderstorms; you won't be charged if weather prevents departure.
