- Transfers are not available from Soufriere
- With 2–3 participants, transfers to the park use a 4-seat buggy instead of a Jeep
- Traffic and road conditions may extend transit times and affect the total tour duration

Cancel at least 48 hours ahead for a full refund. Cancel 24–48 hours ahead for a 75% refund. No refund within 24 hours or for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
