Most guests rave about the engaging tours that blend Jerome's dark history with hands-on paranormal investigation. The 2-hour Pandora's Box tour gets particular praise for providing ghost-hunting equipment like EMF readers and spirit boxes, which reviewers found genuinely fun to use. Many families mentioned bringing kids who had a great time, especially at the cemetery where communication seemed most active. Courtney emerges as a standout guide in many reviews, with visitors highlighting her knowledge of local history, respectful approach to the spirits, and ability to make the experience both spooky and entertaining. The tours visit locations like the old high school and cemetery, though some walking on steep Jerome terrain is required. While most experiences were overwhelmingly positive, a few visitors reported issues with front desk interactions and felt unclear about what locations they'd actually enter. One reviewer questioned the historical accuracy. Overall though, the majority found it an entertaining way to explore Jerome's mining past with a paranormal twist.
I was traveling by myself and the party that was going to join the tour had some car issues and couldn't make the tour so I got a private VIP tour guided by Austin and shadowed by Courtney. Courtney was a sweetheart, super accommodating and Austin did an amazing job showing me around and was a well of Jerome knowledge. He was such a gentleman, even opening the door to the van each time we got in and out at the sites. I was quite impressed and I walked away knowing a lot more about Jerome than I did before, which was my goal for this tour. I am very grateful they honored the solo tour, which I know is not something they usually do. Ill definitely be back to do the other tours thay have available!
