The guides here are clearly the heart of the operation. Teddy, Fitz, Tiffany, and Lucas come up repeatedly in reviews, with guests praising their energy, humor, and attentiveness, particularly toward first-timers. Teddy and Fitz seem to have a natural ability to keep the vibe fun and relaxed, while Tiffany earns consistent praise for her warmth and professionalism. For anyone nervous about hopping on an ATV for the first time, the staff genuinely seem to make that easier. A small handful of reviewers flagged some inconsistent front desk experiences, noting inattentiveness and unprofessional behavior from certain staff members. These feel like isolated incidents given the overwhelming volume of positive feedback, but worth keeping in mind. The route itself gets solid marks and is generally considered good value. Overall, this is a well-regarded experience that most guests leave raving about.
Atv tour was really fun and thrillling, our tour guide, Jack, made sure that our experience was good.
