- A parent or legal guardian must be present at check-in for anyone under 18
- Bring a valid photo ID or passport to check-in
- A Florida Boater Safety Course certificate is required for drivers born after 1988. Complete the course before arrival and bring your certificate
- All renters must complete and sign a liability waiver before riding
- Wear the provided life jacket while riding and follow local no-wake rules before reaching open riding waters
- Arrive 15 minutes before your rental time for the safety briefing
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your rental for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations less than 48 hours before your rental, no-shows, and late arrivals are non-refundable. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or water conditions, you'll have the option to reschedule.
