• Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time; late arrivals may lose activity time and are not refunded
• Ages 16+ may operate a jet ski
• Operators ages 16–17 must show a valid government-issued photo ID and cannot carry passengers ages 17 or younger
• Renters must be ages 18+ and present a valid photo ID
• For operators under 18, a parent or legal guardian must remain onsite to complete waivers and throughout the rental
• Accept responsibility for damage caused by you or your party; the card used for the reservation remains on file for associated costs
