Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours. Reschedule or request a wind check until the day before your activity; same-day rescheduling is not permitted. Late arrivals and no-shows cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
