- Expect additional fuel charges for rentals longer than 2 hours, based on actual fuel use and not included in the listed price
- Return equipment at the agreed time; late returns may incur additional charges
- Expect rentals to continue in light rain or normal weather changes unless conditions are considered unsafe
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before start for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 30% fee if paid in full; reservation deposits are nonrefundable. No-shows are charged the full reservation price.

Bring a $200 refundable incidental deposit per jet ski for check-in (accepted via Zelle, Cash, Apple Pay, Square, or Cash App only). You also pay a $10 cash-only entry fee per adult charged by Xtreme Offroad Park/Marina & Park on arrival (separate from the rental).
Bring a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID. The name on your ID must match the reservation name, and the same credit or debit card used at booking must be physically present at check-in; otherwise you may be refused service without a refund.
Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. You get a 10-minute grace period; after that, the delay is deducted from your scheduled rental time.
