Some age, weight, and height restrictions apply—confirm details with Greetwell before booking. A valid driver’s license or state-issued ID is required at check-in, and it must match the reservation name.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund or credit with at least 48 hours notice. Within 48 hours: 30% charge if paid in full; reservation deposits are nonrefundable. No-shows charged full price. Operator cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances: partial refund or credit.
FAQs
Bring a $200 refundable incidental deposit per jet ski for check-in (accepted via Zelle, Cash, Apple Pay, Square, or Cash App only). You also pay a $10 cash-only entry fee per adult charged by Xtreme Offroad Park/Marina & Park on arrival (separate from the rental).
Bring a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID. The name on your ID must match the reservation name, and the same credit or debit card used at booking must be physically present at check-in; otherwise you may be refused service without a refund.
Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. You get a 10-minute grace period; after that, the delay is deducted from your scheduled rental time.
