2. Ages 16+ only to operate
3. A valid US driver's license is required for every operator
4. Anyone under 18 must have a parent present to sign at check-in
5. All renters and passengers must sign a rental agreement, liability release, and waiver
6. All renters need a valid photo ID and major credit card
7. Up to two additional riders are permitted, but each added rider is $5. Total rider weight limit is 430 lbs
