Cancellation Policy
Full refund or credit with at least 48 hours notice. Within 48 hours: 30% charge if paid in full; deposit payments are nonrefundable. Partial refund or credit if operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. $100 per jetski rebooking fee if you miss your scheduled time. No-shows charged full price.

Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in. You get a 10-minute grace period; if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the delay is deducted from your rental time.
Bring a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID. The name on your ID must match the reservation name, and the same credit or debit card used at booking must be physically present at check-in.
