Cancellation Policy
You'll receive a full refund or credit with at least 24 hours' cancellation notice, or if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Late arrivals and no-shows receive no refund or extra time. Same-day bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled to a future date.
