Know before you go
- Check in 30 minutes before departure; boats leave promptly and cannot wait for late arrivals
- Complete a liability waiver before arrival; a parent or legal guardian must complete waivers for guests under 18
- Know how to swim and be comfortable swimming in open water to participate in snorkeling
- Do not use full-face snorkel masks
- Expect reef sites or boats to change based on weather and ocean conditions; specific sites, boats, and wildlife sightings are not guaranteed
- Keep only dry items in the dry storage box; the operator is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are nonrefundable. Full refund if the operator cancels for any reason.
FAQs
The operator may combine your reef snorkel trip with a scuba diving charter. If the trip cannot operate, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
Only registered Reefhouse guests with a valid wristband may use resort guest areas and amenities. Stay in the designated Pirates Cove Watersports areas; Gus's Grille is open to the public.
Yes. Do not apply aerosol sunscreen before your trip. Reef-safe mineral sunscreen is provided aboard.
