- Arrive by 8:30 AM for morning departures or 1:00 PM for afternoon departures; boats cannot wait for late arrivals
- Complete a liability waiver before arrival; a parent or legal guardian must complete waivers for minors
- Snorkelers must know how to swim and be comfortable in open water
- Full-face snorkel masks are not permitted
- Do not apply aerosol sunscreen before your trip
- A credit card on file is required
- Reef sites and boats may change without notice based on weather and ocean conditions
- Stay in designated watersports areas unless you are a registered resort guest with a valid guest wristband
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a refund. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours are nonrefundable. Full refund if the operator cancels for any reason.
FAQs
The operator may combine your reef snorkel trip with a scuba diving charter. If the trip cannot operate, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
Only registered Reefhouse guests with a valid wristband may use resort guest areas and amenities. Stay in the designated Pirates Cove Watersports areas; Gus's Grille is open to the public.
Yes. Do not apply aerosol sunscreen before your trip. Reef-safe mineral sunscreen is provided aboard.
