- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check-in and briefing
- Complete the required waiver before the tour starts
- Bring your SCUBA certification card and valid photo ID
- Bring or rent a buoyancy control device (BC), regulator, mask, and fins
- Bring swimwear, dry clothing for inside the habitat, and a reusable water bottle

Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. No refunds for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
