- Tour operates May 6 through August 30; the end date may change with summer weather and snow conditions
- Allow a 45-minute buffer between your cruise ship's arrival or departure and the tour time
- Accurate fully clothed body weight is required, and everyone is weighed at the base; discrepancies may cause additional fees, delays, or cancellation without refund
- Passenger seating is based on fully clothed weight: 1–259 lbs standard, 260–299 lbs standard plus, and 300 lbs or more premium
- Requires entering and exiting the aircraft independently
- Dress warmly in layers and bring a hat, gloves, sunglasses, and a camera
- No bags are allowed aboard the aircraft
- Lap children are not permitted; each passenger requires a full-fare ticket
- Helicopter seating depends on weight and balance, so parties may be split across helicopters; groups of more than 6 standard passengers will be split
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations 4–6 days before are refunded 50%. No refund within 3 days. Booking fees are not included in partial refunds. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or flight schedule delays and cannot reschedule your tour.
