- Allow a 45-minute buffer between your cruise ship’s arrival or departure and your tour
- Accurate body weight is required, and every passenger is weighed at the base
- Weight-based seating applies: 1–259 lbs Standard, 260–299 lbs Standard Plus, and 300 lbs+ Premium with two seats
- ADA Standard Passenger seating has a 250-lb maximum weight
- Expect delays, additional fees, or cancellation without refund if reported weights differ significantly
- Every passenger needs a full-fare ticket; lap children are not permitted
- Bring no bags aboard the aircraft

Cancellation Policy
Full refund 7+ days before; 50% charge 4–6 days before; no refund within 3 days. Full refund if Coastal Helicopters cancels due to weather or flight schedule delay and cannot reschedule. Medical cancellations require valid documentation.
