Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 7 days before your trip for a refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days are nonrefundable. If the operator cancels due to weather and cannot reschedule, all payments are refunded in full. Trips altered by weather are nonrefundable.
