Important details
- Bring a valid student ID for student admission
- Bring your ID for National Tropical Botanical Garden member admission
- Leave dogs and other pets at home; pets are not permitted in the garden
- Wear closed-toe shoes. Uneven terrain and slippery surfaces are found throughout the garden
- Do not bring glass into the garden
- Do not pick or eat fruit unless a staff member approves
- Maintain social distancing during check-in and around others in the garden
- Enter the garden no later than 3:00 p.m.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund, or 72 hours for groups of 5 or more. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.
