Fly by floatplane to Katmai National Park and Preserve and join your guide for on-the-ground bear viewing at locations chosen for current activity. You’ll also enjoy scenic flightseeing over Alaska’s glaciers, volcanoes, mountains, and coastal beaches.
Expect up to 4–5 miles of walking, and total trip time can run about 4.5–6 hours. Meeting and departure times may shift due to tides and conditions. Bear spray and firearms are not permitted on the aircraft or within the park.
Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather, or you can reschedule (availability permitting). Cancel 60+ days before for a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. Within 60 days, payments/deposits are non-refundable.

Bring gloves, a hat, rain gear, extra socks, and clothing layers. Pack water and a light lunch or snacks (easily contained), plus a small backpack. You may also want a camera with extra batteries and memory cards, personal medication, hiking poles, and binoculars.
