- Ages 5+ only; renters must be 18+
- Bring an original photo ID if you are 18+; copies are not accepted
- Single passengers must be 12+ and accompanied by a parent in the group
- A $6 per-vehicle park entry fee applies to non-passholders and is not included in the listed price
- Do not bring disposable items or alcohol to launch, and leave pets out of rental equipment
- Do not swim or exit the paddlecraft during the rental
- Children under 6 must wear a life jacket at all times on paddlecraft
- Return all vessels to the launch by 5 PM; late returns incur a $50 per-vessel, per-hour charge starting at 5 PM, not included in the listed price
- Additional onsite time is available for $22 per hour for singles and paddleboards or $27 per hour for tandems and canoes, not included in the listed price
- Requires following visual or verbal instructions, paddling and maneuvering the craft, and entering and exiting with independent or companion assistance
- Requires tolerating outdoor exposure, currents or wave action, insects, 72°F water, and bright sunlight
- Requires remaining seated, balancing, and surviving in the water with independent, companion, or adaptive-equipment assistance if needed
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' cancellation notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Rentals launch rain or shine. No-shows are charged the full price.

Arrive anytime during launch hours, 9 AM–2 PM, on your selected date for your 1-hour paddlecraft rental.
Arrive early, especially during busy summer months. De Leon Springs State Park can reach capacity as early as 9 AM, and entry is not permitted after capacity is reached, including for travelers with reservations.
An accessible floating kayak launch is available. Accessible parking is located behind the Visitor Center/Restroom Building and beside the boat launch, with hard-surface paths to the dock.
