Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure; the park opens at 8:00 AM and may reach vehicle capacity early during peak periods
- Reservations more than 30 minutes late are canceled and vessels reassigned
- Ages 18+ only to book; minors require a parent or legal guardian in the party
- Bring an original photo ID for every renter age 18 or older; copies aren't accepted
- Ages 14+ only for single kayaks and paddleboards; tandem kayaks require ages 6+ with an adult
- Children under 6 may ride only in a canoe with an adult; bring a US Coast Guard-approved life jacket for children under 30 lbs
- Weight limits: 350 lbs for a single kayak, 500 lbs total for a tandem kayak, 400 lbs for a 2-seat canoe, and 275 lbs for a paddleboard
- Wear your life jacket fastened and stay in your vessel; swimming, other beach landings, boarding other boats, and passenger exchanges aren't allowed
- Stay between St. Johns green river markers 69 and 77; watercraft aren't allowed in the spring run
- Leave alcohol and pets behind
- Launches pause when lightning is within 5 miles and resume after 30 lightning-free minutes
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a full refund. Same-day reservations and cancellations within 24 hours aren't refundable. No-shows aren't refundable. Rentals depart rain or shine. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels before departure due to weather.

Bring water, sunscreen, a hat, and a waterproof dry bag if you need to protect your phone or belongings. Bring binoculars if you want to watch birds. Wear footwear that can get wet during the beach launch.
Alcohol isn't permitted in Blue Spring State Park or on your rental vessel. Coolers may be inspected before departure.
