Important details
- Return all rentals by 5:00 PM
- Expect additional charges for late returns
- Delivery fees apply and vary by distance; rentals are not located directly on a lake
- Use no Class III or higher whitewater rivers or Cook Inlet access points, including Knik Arm and Turnagain Arm
- A signed liability waiver and equipment rental agreement are required
- A credit card on file is required and may be charged for late returns, excessive cleaning, damage, loss, repairs, or replacement
- Do not use alcohol, drugs, or other impairing substances before or during your rental
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 1 day before the start time for a full refund minus credit card processing fees. Cancellations within 1 day are not refunded. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is a no-show with no refund. If weather prevents safe operation, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
FAQs
Provide each participant's approximate height and weight. For youth participants, provide age and weight.
You are responsible for repair or replacement costs for damage or loss beyond normal wear and tear. An additional cleaning fee applies if equipment is returned significantly dirty.
Staff may assist with loading, unloading, and securing equipment on request, but they are not responsible for vehicle damage caused by transporting the rental equipment.
