Cancel 72+ hrs before departure for a refund (less credit card processing fees). Under 72 hrs may get a partial refund if seats are rebooked; if not, no refund. No-shows charged full amount. Reschedule under 72 hrs: 20% fee. Late: $25 per guide per hour.
