A 10–20% tip is customary and optional; groups of 6+ have a 20% automatic gratuity added after booking. Arrive at least 15 minutes early—late arrivals may miss the boat.

Free cancellation or reschedule up to 6 days (144 hours) before departure. No cancellations or rescheduling within 6 days. No-shows are charged the full price. Full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Arrive at the boat at least 15 minutes before departure for boarding. The boat leaves on time; if you miss it, you cannot get a refund or reschedule.
Meet directly at the boat (BLU Q SAILING CATAMARAN) and check in with your captain. There is no office check-in.
Bring reef-safe sunscreen, a swimsuit, a towel, and layered clothing from November through March. You can bring additional snacks and drinks for your group.
