- Flatwater lake use only; ocean, river, tidal, and whitewater use is prohibited
- Delivery is available only between Grouse Creek Road in the north and Lowell Creek Waterfall in the south
- Weight capacity is 400 lbs for a single or tandem kayak
- A per-dog fee applies if you bring a dog and is not included in the listed price
- A credit card is kept on file for damage assessed after pickup; paddle and personal flotation device replacement costs are $100 each, and kayak damage may cost up to $1,200
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 5+ days before start for a full refund. Cancel 48 hours to 5 days before for a 50% refund. No refund within 48 hours or for no-shows. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels.

Reschedules are free until midnight on the evening before your rental begins. Later requests are treated as same-day cancellations and are not refundable.
Rain, wind, or overcast skies alone do not qualify for a cancellation or refund. Use sound judgment, and get off the water if conditions feel unsafe. Weather-related refunds are considered case by case before delivery; requests after delivery are not eligible.
Do not use equipment with damage or blemishes you believe are hazardous. Take photos or videos immediately.
