Cancellation Policy
Cancel 5+ days before start for a full refund; 48 hours–5 days before for a 50% refund. No refund within 48 hours or for no-shows. The operator provides a full refund if it cancels.

Reschedules are free until midnight on the evening before your rental begins. Later requests are treated as same-day cancellations and are not refundable.
Rain, wind, or overcast skies alone do not qualify for a cancellation or refund. Use sound judgment, and get off the water if conditions feel unsafe. Weather-related refunds are considered case by case before delivery; requests after delivery are not eligible.
Do not use equipment with damage or blemishes you believe are hazardous. Take photos or videos immediately.
