Renters must be at least 13 years old to paddle solo; ages 5–12 may accompany an adult. Closed-toe shoes are required. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may forfeit the rental without refund.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or rebook 49 hours or more in advance for a full refund. Changes 25–48 hours before start receive a 50% refund. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are non-refundable. Members follow the same time frames but refunds are calculated on published rates. Weather-related cancellations initiated by the operator receive a full refund or free reschedule.
