Important details
- Check in between 45 and 10 minutes before departure
- Adults must sign a release of liability form; minors are exempt
- Ages 6–12 require an adult participant in the same kayak
- Weight limit: 250 lbs per person and 500 lbs combined for two people
- Not suitable for mobility impairments, wheelchair users, pregnancy, back problems, heart problems, or serious medical conditions
- Do not participate while showing signs of drug or alcohol intoxication
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity, no later than 9:00 AM the day before. Later cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are nonrefundable. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, reschedule for the next available date or receive a full refund.
FAQs
From March 3–17, departures are at 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. From March 18 onward, choose 9:30 AM, 12:00 PM, or 2:30 PM for this kayaking excursion.
