Cancellation Policy
Refundable up to 72 hours before departure; cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are nonrefundable. A 3% credit card processing fee is retained for cancellations. Change once free up to 48 hours before departure; later changes cost $15 per person. The captain may cancel or reroute for weather or other conditions; limited full-day routes receive a partial refund.
