Important details
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup; arrivals 30 minutes late or more may lose bike availability
- Complete a signed liability waiver before pickup for every rider; a parent or guardian must sign for riders under 18
- Wear a helmet if you are under 16, as required by Maine law
- Ride safely and follow state and local traffic laws; do not ride on sidewalks or against traffic
- Expect most local riding to be on roads shared with vehicles and pedestrians
- Return after-hours dropoffs by the time the shop opens the following morning
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

Bring water, snacks, sunscreen, and clothing and shoes appropriate for the weather.
After-hours dropoff is available. The shop closes at 6 p.m. during the summer season; use the lock and key-drop instructions provided at pickup. Half-day rentals returned after hours must be back by opening time the following morning.
Your 4-hour rental begins after you receive your bike and the pickup procedure is complete. Arrive on time to allow for check-in, helmet fitting, and bike instructions.
