Important details
- Ages 16+ only to operate any e-bike or e-tricycle
- Complete a signed liability waiver before pickup; a parent or guardian must sign for anyone under 18
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time for check-in and helmet fitting
- Wear a helmet while riding; bring your own or use one provided
- Ride on roads according to state and local laws; do not ride on sidewalks or against traffic
- Passenger e-bikes carry up to 200 lbs of passengers; passengers have no restraints and must hold the handrails
- Bike trailers carry up to two children, with a 40-lb maximum per child
- Child seats on e-tricycles have a 40-lb maximum
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
