Important details
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before pickup; arrivals 30 minutes late or more may lose the reserved bike
- Complete a signed liability waiver before pickup for every rental-equipment user; a parent or guardian must sign for anyone under 18
- Helmets are required by Maine law for all riders under 16
- Follow Maine and local traffic laws; do not ride on sidewalks or against traffic, and stop at red lights and stop signs
- Expect most local riding to be on roads shared with vehicles and pedestrians; no coastal off-road bike paths are available
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

Use the pay-to-park lot in front of the shop at 8 Western Ave. If it is full, free parking is available at 30 North St. in Kennebunkport, a 0.6-mile walk from the shop.
Bring water, snacks, sunscreen, and clothing and shoes suited to the weather.
Yes. The shop closes at 6 p.m. during the summer season. For an after-hours return, you will receive a lock and instructions on where to secure your bike and drop off the key.
