Important details
- Ages 16+ only to operate a Class 2 e-bike or e-trike
- Complete a signed liability waiver before pickup; a parent or guardian must sign for riders under 18
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before pickup; arrivals 30 minutes or more late may lose the reserved bike
- Wear a helmet while riding
- Follow state and local bike laws; do not ride on sidewalks or against traffic
- Passenger bikes have a 200 lb passenger capacity; trailers and e-trike child seats have a 40 lb limit per child
