Important details
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in and bike fitting
- E-bike operators must be over 16 on the day of the tour
- Complete a liability waiver before the tour; a parent or guardian must sign for anyone under 18
- Helmets are required and provided
- Closed-toe shoes are required
- Requires comfort riding a bicycle for two hours with frequent breaks
- Ride on public roads alongside traffic
- Parking fees apply at the lot in front of the shop; free parking is available at 30 North St., a 0.6-mile walk
- Trailer passengers are limited to two children weighing less than 40 pounds each
- Passenger-bike seating has no restraints; passengers must hold the handrails and total passenger weight is limited to 200 pounds
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation with a full refund when you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
