Important details
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in and bike and helmet fitting
- Ages 12+ only; cyclists ages 12 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult
- Complete the liability waiver before the tour; a parent or guardian must sign for anyone under 18
- Helmets are required and provided
- Closed-toe shoes are required
- Non-electric bikes only
- Requires comfort riding a bicycle for up to two hours with frequent breaks
- Ride on public roads with traffic and several significant hills
Cancellation Policy
Full refund available with at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
