- Ages 0–17 require an accompanying paying adult.
- This activity is not recommended during pregnancy or for anyone with a severe medical condition.
- You may be refused service if you appear intoxicated.

- A driver and guide service fee is not included in the listed price. You'll pay at least US$15 per person per day on site, including for each child or infant occupying a seat.
- For options without admission, park entry is payable on site and is not included in the listed price: US$86.24 for adults and seniors aged 65+, and US$75.54 for children aged 3–11.
- Third-party attraction tickets and city passes are not accepted.
- Children under 6 may require a booster seat by law if transportation is by van or minivan.
- Smoking and drinking are prohibited. You will be asked to leave if you break this rule.
- Tell the guide and sign a form before leaving the group.
- Arrive at your meeting point 10 minutes before departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before the activity date (destination local time) for a full refund. Late arrivals and no-shows are nonrefundable. If the operator cancels due to unforeseen events or extreme weather, you have the option to reschedule.
