- Kayaking is moderate to strenuous. Reasonable shoulder, arm, and core strength is advised; this activity is not recommended if you have back issues

- Tours run only when river and weather conditions are safe

Cancel at least 48 hours before your tour for a full refund or credit. With less than 48 hours' notice, you can rebook. If the operator cancels for weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit; after the tour starts, you'll receive credit or a 50% refund. No-shows are charged the full price.
