- Check in at 7:00 AM for morning trips or 11:45 AM for afternoon trips
- Ages 6+ only
- All participants must know how to swim
- Children under 18 require direct parent or guardian supervision in and out of the water
- Requires climbing the boat ladder unassisted
- Not recommended for severe back or neck conditions, recent surgery, or conditions aggravated by ocean swimming
- Pregnancy requires consulting a physician before booking
- Wetsuit rentals are available for an additional fee not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before check-in for 1–4 people. Refunds are minus a 3.5% administrative fee. Cancellations within 48 hours incur an additional $25 per person fee. Late cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are non-refundable. Arrive on time; arrivals 20 minutes or more after check-in are no-shows.
