Know before you go
- Check in at 7:00 AM for morning trips or 11:45 AM for afternoon trips
- All participants must know how to swim
- Guests must be ages 6 or older
- Minors must remain under a parent or guardian's direct supervision in and out of the water
- Arrange your own transportation because the marina is not on site
- Bring a swimsuit, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, and personal items
- Wetsuits are available for an additional fee; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before check-in for 1–4 guests, 72 hours for 5–10, or 7 days for 11+. Refunds are less a 3.5% administrative fee. Guest cancellations within 48 hours incur an additional $25 per person fee. Late cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows for snorkel charters are non-refundable. Arrivals 20+ minutes late are no-shows.
