Know before you go
- Reef dives require scuba certification or higher
- Deep wreck dives require Advanced Open Water Diver certification or higher and a minimum age of 15
- Your last dive must have been within the past 24 months
- Book a dive guide for all divers if your last dive was more than 12 months ago or if required by certification level or age
- Bring your certification card or proof of certification for check-in
- Check in at 7:00 AM for morning trips or 11:45 AM for afternoon trips at Scuba-Fun Dive Center, 99222 Overseas Highway, Key Largo
- Arrivals after 7:20 AM for morning trips or 12:05 PM for afternoon trips are considered late
- Arrange your own transportation because the marina is not on site
- Guide and boat crew gratuity is not included; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
Cancellation Policy
For 1–4 people, cancel at least 24 hours before check-in; 5–10 people, 72 hours; 11+, 7 days. Refunds exclude a 3.5% administrative fee. Guest cancellations within 48 hours also incur $25 per person. Late cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are non-refundable. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe sea conditions.
FAQs
You need a guide if you are diving without a buddy, hold a Scuba Diver (Level 1) certification, are under 18 without an adult certified diver, have not dived in more than 12 months, or are making your first ocean dive or first dive after certification. For unguided wreck or deep dives, you must show a logged deep dive from the past 12 months.
No. You must complete a full-day scuba refresher course before joining any dive trip.
For unguided reef dives, bring your own timekeeping device or dive computer. Wreck and deep dives require a personal dive computer and a surface marker buoy (SMB).
