- Plan for four hours on each dive trip
- Select dive sites and time slots; unselected sites default to morning reef dives
- Dive independently or add a dive guide when required

Know before you go
- Check in at 7:00 AM for morning trips or 11:45 AM for afternoon trips
- Arrive no later than 20 minutes after check-in begins
- Bring your certification card or proof of certification for check-in
- Hold scuba certification for reef dives; advanced open water certification is required for wreck dives
- Be at least 15 years old for deep wreck dives
- Have dived within the past 24 months; add a dive guide for all divers if the last dive was over 12 months ago
- Arrange your own transportation to the marina
- Guide and boat crew gratuity is not included; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before check-in for 1–4 people, 72 hours for 5–10, or 7 days for 11+. Refunds exclude a 3.5% administrative fee; cancellations within 48 hours also incur $25 per person. Late cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are non-refundable. Full refund if the operator cancels a certified diver trip due to unsafe sea conditions.
FAQs
Add a guide for all divers on your reservation when required. A guide is required for divers under 18 without an adult certified buddy, solo divers, Scuba Diver (Level 1) certified divers, those whose last dive was over 12 months ago, and anyone on their first ocean dive or first dive after certification.
Yes, if you meet the certification requirements and can show at least one logged deep dive within the past 12 months. For every deep wreck dive, bring a personal dive computer and a surface marker buoy (SMB).
You must complete a full-day scuba refresher course before joining any dive trip. No exceptions.
