Important details
- Ages 21+ only to rent
- Bring a valid driver's license, your auto insurance card, and the credit card used for the rental in the renter's name
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your rental, except for 9 AM rentals
- Rear-facing seat weight limit is 400 lbs
- Return 4-hour and all-day rentals by 5 PM
- Return 24-hour and multi-day rentals at the same time on the scheduled return day
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup. Same-day and next-day reservations are nonrefundable.
