- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your rental; for 9 AM rentals, arrive any time after 9 AM
- Bring a valid driver's license, the credit card used for booking in the renter's name, and a copy of your auto insurance ID card
- Complete the waiver before arrival to save time at check-in
- Keep the rear-facing seat load at 400 lbs or less; an additional cart is required if your party exceeds this limit
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Same-day and next-day reservations are nonrefundable.
