- This is a bareboat charter, so you assume responsibility for the vessel, passenger conduct, and vessel-related costs including docking, cleaning, and damages
- Follow safety and legal requirements; captain services may end for unsafe or illegal conduct

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your charter for a full refund; later cancellations receive no refund. Holiday-week and peak-season bookings are nonrefundable. If weather or mechanical issues prevent any charter, reschedule or receive a full refund. Dry Tortugas trips may be changed to a 4–8-hour local charter if conditions prevent the run; receive the price difference.
