Important details
- Primary booking party must be age 21+
- Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Requires independent boarding or minimal assistance
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers or those with serious heart, back, neck, or recent surgical conditions
- Complete the insurance waiver before arrival
- For parties of 7–8 passengers, a designated renter age 21+ must complete the Bareboat Agreement with the captain at the dock before departure
- For parties over 6 passengers, fuel is not included; you'll pay $35 per hour at the dock
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the cabin, and open flames are not permitted onboard
- Follow the captain's safety instructions; excessive intoxication or unsafe behavior may result in denied boarding or an early return
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure; late arrival may reduce charter time
- Routes and departure are subject to weather, tides, and captain's discretion

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation more than 7 calendar days before departure. Reservations made within 7 calendar days of departure are non-refundable. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or other operator-initiated circumstances, you'll receive a full refund.
