Arrive 30 minutes before departure; the boat leaves promptly. A waiver is required for all guests. Rod rental and fish cleaning are available for a fee; trips may be delayed or canceled due to weather, mechanical, or safety considerations.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure; 72 hours for private charters. Bookings made within 24 hours are non-refundable. You may reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. No-shows forfeit fare. If the operator cancels, you receive a full refund. Seasickness is not refundable.
