- Drivers must be at least 25 and have prior boat-operating experience
- Drivers born in 1988 or later require a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators-approved boater license
- Bring a valid photo ID and a valid credit card for the rental
- A $200 security deposit is collected at check-in; damage or lost articles beyond it cost extra
- A credit card processing fee applies; the amount is not included in the listed price
- Maximum capacity is 8 passengers or 1,500 lbs, with a 325-lb maximum per passenger
- Watch the mandatory instructional video before operating without a captain
- Night operation, towables, and spray sunscreen are not allowed
- Drivers must remain sober while operating the boat

Cancellation Policy
Single-day rentals receive a full refund with at least 7 days' notice. Multi-day rentals receive a full refund with at least 14 days' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Later cancellations are charged in full.

Half-day rentals are available only at 9 AM and 2 PM.
Bring towels, sunglasses, drinks, snacks, and sunscreen. Bring a sweater or jacket during winter. Do not bring spray sunscreen; use a non-spray option, preferably reef-safe. Coolers are provided.
No. Wakeboards, skis, tubes, and other towables are not allowed, and night operation is not allowed.
