- Arrive at the boat 15 minutes before departure
- Complete a passenger waiver for every person before arriving; guardians complete waivers for children
- Bring the credit card used for your booking and matching valid photo ID; the cardholder name must match the booking contact
- Hard liquor containers are not permitted onboard
- Alcoholic beverages cannot be served or consumed until the first stop
- Boarding or alcohol service may be refused if the crew judges you overly intoxicated
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 2 weeks before the trip day for a full refund. Within 2 weeks, no refunds are available, including for reduced passenger counts. If the captain cancels due to severe weather, receive a full refund.

FAQs
Bring a towel, pre-applied non-oil sunscreen, hat, camera, sunglasses, dry bag, and a jacket in fall, winter, or spring. Avoid bulky items.
Have a hearty breakfast or lunch before your private day charter. Snacks, tropical fruit, soft drinks, water, beer, seltzers, and wine are included onboard.
Wetsuits and prescription masks are available to rent nearby. Wetsuits are recommended for snorkeling from December through March; allow 30–45 extra minutes before boarding for a rental.
